Hokey Pokey

In lockdown I made hokey pokey. The first time I made it the hokey pokey got too hot and burnt. The second time I tried to make it again but that time it stuck to the pot, Finally I got it right! I learnt that straight after you mix in the baking soda you have to pour it into a buttered tray. Also when you are making hokey pokey you have to keep an eye on it when it is boiling to make sure it doesn't burn.

Good on you for keeping on trying to make hokey pokey and getting it right. It looks crunchy - was it? And it looks like you have worked out the secret of making hokey pokey - thanks for sharing.
