In lockdown I made hokey pokey. The first time I made it the hokey pokey got too hot and burnt. The second time I tried to make it again but that time it stuck to the pot, Finally I got it right! I learnt that straight after you mix in the baking soda you have to pour it into a buttered tray. Also when you are making hokey pokey you have to keep an eye on it when it is boiling to make sure it doesn't burn.
